Our standard practise for replacing roof-lines consists of;
- Stripping off the the original
- Guttering, Fascia Board and Sofit Board
- Stripping back the cement verge
- Checking Structural fixings and lifting dropped verges.
- Cutting back the Roof tiles to correct over hang
- Fixing Treated rough sawn timber
- Supplying EUROCELL 9mm Facia
- Soffit board & guttering
- Fixing Manthore Dry verg caps.
Please note at Taylor’s Roofing contractors, we never cover over existing fascia boards, or cap over existing cement verge.
